Plot Aspects

For the opening of my movie, I was thinking of doing a fast forward/ meet the hero. In the scene, the audience will be able to see the hero and get to understand how he is a character. But the scene will leave the audience guessing and wondering who this guy really is, and how did he get into that situation. The opener will also show some details of the people that captured the hero but not anything too revealing. This scene creates a good path to the title card which will be blandly colored but will have small details to show more interesting aspects of the hero. Then the initial thought is to show the character showing off skills that they'll use later on. This pulls off the thriller action movie vibe that I want to have to keep my audience interested and waiting for more context.
