Choosing where to make the set

For the set of the movie, it has to be a good darkroom with space. This room needs to have room for a table with space around it to fit equipment so the actors can easily move. Also, the room has to be bland and give off the vibe of a containment room. The room should also have one light or have enough room to fit a movable light.

Ideas for where to make the set is a garage or a small unused room in a house. The garage would be a good place because it would have a lot of space to move around and give the vibe of containment. The only downside is that there might be other stuff in there that could be caught in shots or have to be cleaned out. 

For the small unused room, it would be perfect in the sense that it would be practical in every way and would give every aspect I might need. The only problem is finding a place that has an unused and open room. Most houses use every room, thus making it hard to find someone who would have an unused room.
