For the setting, I have decided on many different details that I would like to exploit. With these aspects that seem small and useless, it will create a better feeling for the movie.
The first feature of the setting that needs to be talked about is the lighting of the scene. Instead of three-point lighting to create a more natural and bright feel. I want to use a singular light from above to shine down on the characters in the scene. This will not only create a better emphasis on the characters shown in the light, but it will also create a more dramatic feeling to the opener. Any furniture in the room will either be all metal or slightly run down. This makes it look like the room was thrown together or a room the villain puts people wants. Also, the room walls will be bland to make the characters stand out more and it makes it so that the viewers do not get distracted by something on the walls.
